This application mainly includes two modules: Work order management: Customers contact fdbatt with issues related to the use of fdbatt products (such as energy storage plants) or we plan to contact customers to provide proactive customer service client. This information needs to be archived in the form of after-sales service work orders, and internal collaboration and external interaction are carried out through online means to form an integrated presentation of management, processes and data. Spare parts management: In the offline after-sales business of products sold by fdbatt batteries, standardized management of materials entering and leaving storage during the use of spare parts ensures the accuracy of inventory data. It mainly includes the following scenarios: 1. When customers purchase products, on-site maintenance engineers discover that the spare parts are damaged during the troubleshooting process and need to be replaced with materials from spare parts reserved at the project site. 2. During the warranty period, if the product fails, after troubleshooting by maintenance engineers, the repair cost will be high and replacement will be required. 3. Customers purchase individual spare parts directly from fdbatt's side based on actual needs rather than finished products. 4. In the daily after-sales business, natural or old parts losses need to be processed centrally and records maintained for standardized management. 5. When spare parts are insufficient, material transfers occur between warehouses at the same level and requests for supplementary spare parts from higher warehouses.
